muleteer -- Cindy_Lou_Who: search the forum for older posts with the keyword LowID. Basically it is your firewall (allow emule.exe unrestricted access, both incoming and outgoing) and your router (go to http://www.portforward.com for free instructions on how to set up your router for eMule Plus).

muleteer -- vale235: Read the FAQ - Main interface explained and Preferences sections. On the servers page click the 'update server.met from url' button, then select one of the URLs in the list and update.
vale235 -- hiiiiiiiiXD, sorry, can somebody help me???? my server list is empty...all the servers seems to be dead! how can i find some new servers???????

muleteer -- Om habiba: both issues are probably related to bad servers. Delete all the servers in your servers list, then download fresh servers from one of the URLs provided in the update dialog.
Om habiba -- I'm told that i'm banned coz i'm leeching, please help me solve this problem, also some of my downloads are stalled, why is this happening??
